Spotsie's Burger - Returns & Refunds Policy

At Spotsie's Burger, we are committed to delivering fresh, delicious, and high-quality food directly to you. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds for our perishable products.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched for delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations are not possible once the order has left our kitchen for delivery.

To cancel an order, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can contact us:

We will confirm your cancellation. If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any payment made will be reimbursed.

2. Returns & Refunds for Perishable Food Items

Due to the perishable nature of our fresh food products and for strict health and hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges of food items once an order has been delivered and accepted by the customer.

Exceptions for Refunds/Replacements: We are dedicated to your satisfaction. Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following specific circumstances:

  • Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive a food item that is different from what you ordered.

  • Damaged or Spoiled Item upon Delivery: If your food item arrives significantly damaged, spilled, or is clearly spoiled/unfit for consumption at the time of delivery.

How to Report an Issue & Request a Refund/Replacement:

  1. Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  2. Immediate Notification: Any issues (incorrect, damaged, or spoiled items) must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of the order within 1 hour of delivery.

  3. Contact Us With Proof: Please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9230142049 or email at spotsiesburger@gmail.com. Clear photographic evidence (photos or videos) of the incorrect, damaged, or spoiled item at the time of delivery is required for us to process a refund or replacement.

  4. Resolution: For all valid claims reported immediately with sufficient proof, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement order at our discretion. You will not be required to return the physical food item to us.

Refund Processing: Refunds for approved claims will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original method of payment used for the order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

3. Non-Returnable Goods (General Terms)

In addition to our policy on perishable items, the following types of goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • The supply of goods which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, for example, goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds/replacements for any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

4. Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, and a valid claim for a refund/replacement is approved, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your approved claim. Once the refund/replacement is processed, a gift certificate will be provided to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, and a valid claim is approved, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
